1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of protocols from Applied Operations Protocols ("AOP", "we", "us", "our").
By purchasing protocols from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't purchase.
2. Definitions
Protocols: The operational documentation you purchase from AOP.
Organization: The single organization or company that holds the license.
License: Your limited right to use and customize the Protocols for your Organization.
3. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a single-organization license to use and customize the Protocols you purchase for your Organization's internal operations only.
This license is non-transferable. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the Protocols to other organizations.
You may customize the Protocols to fit your Organization's needs and brand.
4. Acceptable Use
You may:
- Use the Protocols for your Organization's internal operations
- Customize the Protocols to fit your needs
- Distribute the customized Protocols to employees within your Organization
- Reference the Protocols in training and rollouts
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Protocols to other organizations
- Use the Protocols for providing consulting or services to third parties
- Remove or alter AOP copyright or attribution notices
- Claim the Protocols as your own creation
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD at time of purchase. Payment is processed through Stripe in test mode. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees.
Pricing may change. Prices in effect at purchase govern your transaction.
6. Delivery
Protocols are delivered immediately upon successful payment. You will receive download instructions via email.
Delivery delays due to payment processing issues are not our responsibility.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Protocol purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Refund requests must be submitted via email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
8. Update Assurance
Update Assurance is an optional $49 add-on that provides access to updated versions of your purchased Protocols as they are revised.
Update Assurance covers all future versions of purchased Protocols. It is a one-time fee with perpetual access to updates.
Updates are delivered via email download link.
9. Intellectual Property
AOP retains all intellectual property rights in the Protocols. You own any customizations you make, but not the underlying Protocol content.
You must not remove or alter any AOP copyright notices in the Protocols.
10. Disclaimers
The Protocols are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that they will be perfect for your Organization or comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We are not lawyers or compliance consultants. The Protocols are not legal advice. Always have your legal team review Protocols before implementation.
We are not responsible for any consequences of your use or implementation of the Protocols.
11. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Protocols.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Protocols.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AOP harmless from any claims arising from your use or implementation of the Protocols.
13. Termination
Your license terminates immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Protocols (though you may retain customized versions for your records).
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
