These terms govern the purchase and use of digital products from Applied Operations Protocols. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms.
All products are digital documents delivered as PDF files. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email. Products are available for download immediately after purchase.
Each purchase grants a single-organization license. The purchasing entity may distribute the purchased protocol(s) internally within its organization for operational use. This license does not extend to parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other legal entities without a separate purchase.
Purchased protocols may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, published, or shared outside the purchasing organization without written authorization from Applied Operations Protocols. Purchased protocols may not be used to create derivative products for commercial sale.
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available after purchase and delivery.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Applied Operations Protocols does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. Payment terms are governed by Stripe's terms of service.
If purchased, the Update Assurance add-on provides access to minor revisions, wording updates, and clarifications to purchased protocols. Update Assurance does not include custom work, new protocol releases, or major version changes.
All protocols are provided as operational guidance material only. They do not constitute legal, HR, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind. Organizations are solely responsible for adapting protocol content to their specific regulatory environment, internal policies, and applicable law. Applied Operations Protocols makes no representations regarding the suitability of any protocol for a specific regulatory requirement or compliance obligation.
Applied Operations Protocols' total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. In no event shall Applied Operations Protocols be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of purchased products constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
